About Me...

My name is Luis Fernández, I am 16 years old, and I am an 11th grade student at the American School of Bilbao. I live in a town called Neguri (Guecho), quite near the beach, with my mother, my sister of twelve years old, and my dog, which is an American Cocker. My father used to live with us here, but right now he lives in Lugo (Galicia), northwest of Spain, because of his job.

My hobbies are playing soccer, playing basketball, playing the electric guitar (I'm a novice more or less), and listening to music, especially indie-rock, such as The Arctic Monkeys, Razorlight, The Hives, The Kooks, Bloc Party; Spanish celtic music, like Mägo de Oz and Hevia; as well as emo music, like My Chemical Romance, The Used, Fightstar, Aiden, and Funeral for a Friend. My favorite soccer team is Barça, and my favorite player is Messi.

The school subjects I like the most are Math, Philosophy and History. I also enjoy Geography, although this year we are not studying it at school.

Besides English and Spanish, I also know French (nearly as English) since eight years ago and a little bit of German, which I've been studying for two years.

I usually play soccer with my friends during the weekend, and during the week I do karate on Wednesday, with Alberto Esteban. On Friday I go to guitar class and German class, while on Monday I attend French class with Iñigo Iturrate.
